What are the filling methods of the fire extinguisher filling equipment? Because of the different physical and chemical properties of the liquid, the fire extinguisher filling equipment has different requirements for filling. The liquid material is poured into the container by the liquid storage device. In principle, the following methods are often used.
 
1) Normal pressure filling. It refers to the filling method that directly relies on the self weight of the filled liquid material to flow into the packaging container under atmospheric pressure. The technological process of normal pressure filling is as follows: 1. The liquid enters the container and the air in the container is discharged; 2. Stop the liquid feeding, that is, when the liquid material in the container reaches the quantitative requirements, the liquid feeding will stop automatically; 3. Remove the residual liquid, that is, remove the residual liquid in the exhaust pipe.
 
2) Equal pressure filling. It is a filling method that the compressed air in the upper air chamber of the liquid storage tank is used to inflate the packing container, so that the pressure of the two is nearly equal, and then the liquid material flows into the packing container by its own weight. The process of equal pressure filling is as follows: 1; 2. Liquid inlet and gas return; 3. Stop feeding liquid; 4. Release the pressure, that is, release the residual compressed gas in the bottleneck to the atmosphere, so as to avoid sudden pressure drop
A large number of bubbles affect the packaging quality and quantitative accuracy.
 
3) Vacuum filling method. It is a filling method under the condition of lower than atmospheric pressure. It has two basic ways: one is the pressure vacuum type, that is to say, the inside of the liquid storage tank is in the normal pressure state, only pumping air into the packaging container to form a certain vacuum degree, and the liquid flows into the packaging container and completes the filling depending on the pressure difference between the two containers; The other is gravity vacuum type, that is to say, the liquid storage tank and the packing container are in the normal state
The liquid material flows into the container by its own weight. At present, the pressure vacuum type is often used in China. The equipment is simple and reliable. The process of vacuum filling is as follows: 1; 2. Liquid inlet and exhaust; 3. Stop feeding liquid; 4. The residual liquid flows back, that is, the residual liquid in the exhaust pipe flows back to the liquid storage tank through the vacuum chamber.
 
4) Siphon filling. Siphon filling applies the siphon principle, so that the liquid material is sucked into the container from the liquid storage tank through the siphon pipe until the liquid levels of the two are equal. This method is suitable for filling liquid materials with low viscosity and no gas. The structure of the equipment is simple, but the filling speed is low.

5) Filling by pressure method. The pressure method is to control the reciprocating movement of the piston by means of mechanical or pneumatic hydraulic devices. The liquid material with high viscosity can be sucked into the piston cylinder from the storage tank, and then forced into the container to be filled. This method is sometimes used for filling the beverage containing gas, because the foam formed in it is easy to disappear because it does not contain colloidal substances. Therefore, the filling speed can be greatly improved by directly filling the non pre inflated bottle with its own gas pressure.
